One of our Canadian retailers, fit4balance.ca, has stopped taking online orders.
New Balance Canada will assist customers in Canada who have existing online fit4balance credits. These customers will be given the opportunity to use their credits in a fit4balance store location or be offered to have their credit transferred to a valid newbalance.ca code.
Please direct fit4balance.ca customers who email/call in for a NBCA credit to the contact information on the fit4balance.ca page if they would like to exchange their store code for a valid code to use on newbalance.ca. The fit4balance stores will then send it to newbalance.ca corporate office to generate the new credit.
Customers should call (877) 769-6286, the local (Canadian) phone number (416) 848-4797, or fax (416) 962-8889. Lines are open Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM (EST). Emails should be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once a customer receives a new code, we can place the order for them through CS Suite. These credits will act as any other online credit issued by newbalance.ca.
